I have been a patient of Dr Japa for over three years now. I am pleased with her empathy and professionalism in our encounters. Her staff have been very pleasant to deal with as well. After my dentist of 30 years retired, I tried another local practice, but my lack of dental insurance and their seeming indifference to my needs led me to search elsewhere. Dr Japa has provided a more strategic approach to dealing with my dental needs that had been lacking with the prior practice. Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had!! I was greeted right away by staff and was taken care of and brought back within 10 minutes (I had new patient forms to fill out). The office itself is BEAUTIFUL and the staff are some of the friendliest people I know. Dr. Jappa's bedside manner should be talked about in dental school! Dr. Jappa explained every little step she was taking and answered of all my questions thoroughly. She was friendly and professional and she and her staff helped make this entire experience incredible. I will DEFINITELY be going to Dr. Jappa from here on out!
Dr. Japa is an experienced, skillful, gentle and kind dentist! Our entire family in the hbg area are Dr. Japa’s patients. I had an emergency on a holiday at 6:30am - Dr. Japa was there for me.
